The Master’s program has a duration of two years (120 CFU/ECTS)

- Preparation of Specimens for Microscopy

- Use of In Vitro and In Vivo Models in Biology and Neurobiology
- Cyto-Histochemistry and Immunocyto-Immunohistochemistry
Year II
- Foundations of Corporate Consulting
- Toxicity Studies and Current Regulations
Internship / Placement
Assistance and training in:
- Pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and dietary supplement analysis within specialized companies
- Regulatory affairs and corporate consulting
Scheduled during the first and second year at public and private institutions in Italy and abroad, at facilities identified by the Master’s faculty in accordance with the preferences expressed by the participants.
Internship, practical exercises, and laboratory activities: Mandatory in-person attendance.
Lectures (delivered via remote digital platforms: Zoom, WebEx, Teams): Mandatory attendance for at least 75% of the total scheduled hours.
Final Exam and Degree Awarding:
The final examination will consist of the presentation and defense of a thesis that candidates will develop based on the experience gained during their internship period. No numerical grades and/or merit judgments will be assigned. Upon completion of the Master’s program, participants who have carried out all activities, fulfilled the mandatory requirements, and passed the final exam will be awarded the Second-Level Second-Cycle University Master’s Degree (Diploma di Master Universitario di secondo livello) in “Microscopy and Related Analytical Methodologies in Biology and Neurobiology: Toxicological Studies and Corporate Consulting”.
